We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Force.com development team lead to help architect, design, and enhance our energyOrbit product.
You must have an excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform and products. As a team lead, you must have a solid foundation of object-oriented programming in Java and demonstrate ability to write efficient and scalable enterprise-grade software in Apex , Visualforce and other Force.com technologies. You will be responsible for development through all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and initial technical architecture and designs, to implementation, testing, and production deployments. You are expected to quickly learn new features, technologies, and to communicate effectively with various business owners, technical staff members and customers. To be successful in this position, you must provide expertise on the salesforce.com Apex and Visualforce API's, roles, profiles, and security model.
This job requires that you be a self-starter with the ability to take ownership, work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You must possess good oral and written communication skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code and with customers to collect and document requirements. You will also be asked to contribute ideas, provide feedback and collaborate on many projects within the team’s portfolio that may be outside your domain expertise, as well as guide more junior team members to help them be successful in their work.
